Comments: On Friday October 6, 2006, Sonny, Thomas & I descended Spry Canyon in Zion National Park. Blue skies gave way to fierce dark clouds in minutes and the canyon quickly funneled raging waters our way. 10 minutes prior we had just completed the 100 foot rap with the famous grooves and headed for safe high ground to witness the flood.
