Comments: 2001 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic. Up for sale is a premium condition Electra Glide with only 20269 miles. Bike is very well cared for and has always been stored in heated conditions in winters. I purchased this bike only one year old from my local HD dealer (at that time) who took the bike back as a trade in by the first owner (who trades every year). The bike only had 8000 miles when I purchased and remainder of warranty. Since that time, racked up most of the miles the first two years and have not been able to ride hardly at all the past two years due to my job. My wife can not ride anymore due to back problems so my enthusiasm is deminished. Since I have owned this bike we have done the following updates. 18" lace wheels, Avon tires, 213 harley davidson cams, Screamin Eagle stage 1, Reinhardt Exhaust, 2007 Road Glide Seat, New road glide fenders (for the smooth clean look), chrome lower legs, AM/FM/CD player, Battery Tender, Cover, converted to Street Glide front/rear blnkers, new brake, shifter pegs, polihed rotors, etc. Also have detachable driver and passenger backrest. I do still have the original driving light/blinkers for the bike. I also have the crash bar. Have all books, documents, and recipts since purchased. Hav other assortments of items from or for the bike that will go with. Dealer has done all maintinance items and currently is running all HD synthetic oils. Bike runs great with no issues whatsoever, please bid with confidence as if you do not, this will continue to be an ornement in my garage.
