The rain could make an already dangerous, and damaging situation in Iowa, and along the Mississippi River even worse. And it comes just as waters are starting to receed in places like Cedar Rapids -- The Cedar River has fallen roughly six feet since its crest on Friday -- and as it does -- city officials say they're starting to get a glimpse of the incredible destruction left behind.
