Comments: South Africa has the highest number of people affected with HIV, with about 5 million people in that country being HIV+. The only real applied treatment for HIV at this point is currently the use of antiretroviral therapies (ARVs) which allow those infected with HIV to live normal lives. This piece documents the efforts of various organizations in facilitating the use of PDAs, or Palm Pilots, in tracking those receiving ARV in the Free State.
